Foundation

There are different types of foundations for all types of skin. When picking out the perfect foundation you must first determine whether you have dry, oily or combination skin. Do you want full coverage, medium coverage or light coverage?

Full coverage is typically heavier in its consistency and can cause oily skin.
Medium coverage is perfect for anyone with combination skin
light coverage is great for those with oily skin as you will not be adding much product.

You may find that you prefer Foundation with Broad Spectrum SPF. This means that there is Sunscreen in your foundation (careful not to get this foundation in your eyes as it can cause irritation/burning in the eyes due to the sunscreen- OUCH!) Normally this foundation will be called 'Tinted Moisturizer' or simply 'Tint'.

There are many shades for all different tones, I have found that the broadest selection is from Fenty Beauty! You can apply it with a beauty blender sponge or a flat-top foundation brush. To set your foundation you can apply your favorite setting powder with a clean beauty blender or brush. (My personal favorite is the Laura Mercier translucent setting powder)
